Quick intro: a few years in identity & access support (SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, OAuth), now building toward an IAM analyst/identity operations role, created a few Entra ID labs.For those already working in IAM, two things I'd love your take on:
a) How did you make the jump from a support role to actually administering, engineering, and owning the platform in production?
b) What was the one thing that got you from “almost hired” to hired?
