As some of you may know, I started a very difficult challenge at the start of January.
Going from 0-10 pull ups and £0-£10k in 30 days!
I’m officially on week 4 and overall I have surprised myself this week.
It’s amazing what you can learn about yourself when you fully commit and stay consistent.
Although week 3 was a huge wobble. If you want to make yourself feel better going into February, I suggest you watch that episode 🤣
It’s a short one, but just shows that we are all human after all and success doesn’t come from being perfect.
