After some reflection, I’ve decided to pause all LIVE sessions until after the holidays and resume in January 2026.
The holiday season has brought beautiful, unexpected moments—family and friends dropping in, time together that can’t be rescheduled—and I want to be fully present with them and fully present with you when we gather live.
Rather than splitting my energy, I’m choosing intention over obligation.
