Your YouTube comments are showing you the product
Most people do not have a product idea problem. They have a listening problem.
If your YouTube videos get comments, questions, or DMs, your audience is already showing you where the product is.
The mistake is trying to invent something big before you see what people keep getting stuck on.
Here is the simple filter I would use:
1. Find the question that keeps showing up under different videos.
2. Look for the step people understand in theory but still cannot do alone.
3. Turn that one step into a small product, not a giant course.
4. Let the next few videos prove why that step matters.
A good first product is not random. It is the paid version of the help you keep repeating for free.
That is why some channels stay busy but never build income. They answer questions without turning the pattern into an asset.
