Use YouTube to test the product before you build it
Most creators make the product too early.
They pick a topic, disappear for 3 weeks, build a big product, then act surprised when nobody buys.
That is backwards.
Your YouTube channel should test the demand before you build the thing.
Simple plan:
1. Pick one problem your audience keeps running into
2. Make 3 videos on that same problem from 3 different angles
3. Watch which part gets the strongest response, comments, and watch time
4. Build the smallest paid next step for that exact gap
Not a huge course.
Not a giant membership.
Just the next useful step.
This does two things:
- It shows you what people actually care about
- It lets the product come from proof instead of hope
A lot of creators are trying to guess their way into sales.
A better move is to let the videos do the research for you.
