Most people build a digital product first, then hope YouTube finds buyers.
That is backwards.
If you already tried this and got little or no sales, the problem is not effort. The problem is you built in private and marketed in public.
Use this instead for the next 14 days:
1) Make 3 YouTube videos around one painful problem your audience keeps asking about.
2) In each video, ask one direct question at the end: "Do you want a checklist or template for this?"
3) Track the exact words people use in comments.
4) Build the smallest product that solves that exact request.
Now you are not guessing what to sell.
You are building what people already raised their hand for.
This is how YouTube stops being content stress and starts becoming product validation plus sales.
