Small channels do not kill product sales
A lot of people think the reason they are not making money on YouTube is reach.
That is usually not the real problem.
The real problem is they built content with no paid next step.
If every video ends with "hope that helped," the channel stays busy but the business stays empty.
Here is the fix:
1. Pick one problem your viewers keep circling.
2. Make one small product that helps them take the next step.
3. Build 5 to 10 videos around that same problem.
4. Mention the product when it actually fits.
You do not need a giant audience first.
You need a clear path from attention to action.
A smaller channel with one useful product can make more money than a bigger channel with no structure.
