Mason Davis: DealBlaster
Mason shows off the build he is making for his realestate client. DealBlaster is an automated way to make very detailed flyer listings for properties in his client's portfolio. It is expected to achive at least a 25K revenue boost.
The front-end of the application is built using Lovable, which integrates with a Supabase database for the back-end. An n8n webhook is used to connect to OpenAI's Large Language Model (LLM), which generates the content for the listings. The images are stored in b64 and temporarily replaced with placeholders to work within the LLM's context window before being reinserted.
At its core, Deal Blaster is a sophisticated wrapper for a ChatGPT-like LLM. The AI takes the structured data entered through the tool's form and generates a detailed and well-formatted HTML flyer. This includes compelling property descriptions, financial details, and comparable property analysis. The plan is to further enhance the AI's capability by enabling it to scrape real estate websites like Zillow to automatically find comparable properties, saving even more manual effort.
The primary financial benefit of Deal Blaster is the significant time savings, which directly translates to increased revenue potential. By automating the creation of listings, the client can save over 10 hours a week. This recovered time allows them to handle at least one additional deal per month. With an average revenue of $20,000 to $25,000 per deal, this automation can generate substantial additional income. The tool is envisioned to evolve into a full-fledged SaaS (Software as a Service) product, "dealblaster.io," offering a subscription-based model for other real estate professionals.
