I used to think the problem was the product.
If something wasn’t selling, I’d drop it and go look for the “next winning product.”
Over and over again.
But the truth is… a lot of those products weren’t bad.
They were just in the wrong place.
Wrong audience.Wrong platform.Wrong positioning.
And once I started paying attention to that, everything changed.
The same type of products that weren’t working before… started moving when I put them in front of the right people, in the right way.
That’s when it really clicked for me.
You don’t always need something new.You need alignment. Right product.Right platform.Right audience.
Miss one of those, and it feels like nothing works.
Get them right, and things start to move a lot faster.
Still learning every day, but this shift alone made a huge difference for me.
