Ulu (Breadfruit) Crab Cakes w/ Smoked Gouda.
Ingredients: 1 C. Crab (imitation okay or use Tuna) 1/2 Cooked Ulu (Purple Sweet Potato) 2 eggs and 1/2 C Gouda Cheese, Green Onion, Macadamia Nut Oil to fry. Mix ingredients except oil into patties, add oil to griddle or pan, fry for 2-4 mins each side, drain patties on napkin, enjoy
