But this week add three numbers:
💵 What you quoted ⏱️ Hours it actually took (be honest) 🧾 Rough materials cost
Do the math in the comments: (quote − materials) ÷ hours = your real hourly rate.
Some of you are about to find out you're making less than the kid at the car wash.
That's not an insult.
It's the most useful number you'll see all month.
