This week someone asked me:
👉 “What’s the best AI stack for small businesses?”
My answer: it’s not about chasing every shiny new tool. It’s about simplicity, integration, and ROI.
Here’s the foundation I recommend:
✅ Productivity suite → Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
✅ CRM → Katalyst (built on top of GHL, with powerful AI baked in)
✅ Automation layer → Zapier, Make, or n8n
✅ Knowledge & collaboration → Notion or Airtable AI
✅ Optional AI support → Dante for chat, Nucleus for an AI phone receptionist
