Thirty-six days of showing up, and I’m feeling great about my progress!
This journey has reminded me that lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. It happens every time we choose to show up, stay consistent, and keep moving forward, even on the hard days.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m even more excited about where I’m going.
