Just popped in to give a warm welcome to our new members!
You are the very first members in this group and I am so happy you are here! :)
I pray that you had a wonderful weekend with family and friends, remembering what the Lord has done for us! We were so blessed to spend time with family. My Mother-in-Law took the opportunity to remind us all or how important it is to confess Jesus as Lord. Please pray for my daughter and her boyfriend. My daughter confessed faith when she was in Grade 3 and was baptized, but has been struggling with her faith, and I don't think her boyfriend is a believer (I have been feeling burdened for him).
This morning, I logged on to Biblegateway and this was the verse:
1 John 3:16
16 This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
On the day that I gave my life to Jesus, this was the scripture in the program at the church we were attending! Praying that each of you has a wonderful day!
