Just completed the “Real Estate 101” course and here are my top takeaways:
• Real estate success isn’t about luck, it’s about paying attention.
• Opportunities are often right in your own neighborhood (vacant lots, long “for sale” signs, or undervalued homes near schools/transportation).
• Rentals aren’t passive at first, but with good systems they can bring:
• Monthly income
• Tenants paying down your mortgage
• Property appreciation + tax benefits
Biggest lesson: “smart investors don’t chase trends — they catch them early.”
