Going Into action
Hey everyone, prior to joining I was already in middle of closing on a property. I am almost at the finish line. Anyone ever had issues with getting the transfer stamp or moratorium notarized? The bank, currency exchange, or the property's village does not partake in these types of notorizations. This is a barrier im facing. I am looking to start the buy and flip process soon.
