An exhausted leader is a neutralized leader. The enemy's chief strategy to stop you isn't failure; it’s chronic depletion.

He wants you running on fumes because a woman leading from overflow is highly dangerous to his kingdom.

Stop pushing through your workload. God has already dispatched angels to fight and protect you.
Leading without depletion means enforcing your boundaries and letting God do the heavy lifting while you simply abide in Him (John 15:5). Rest isn't quitting. It’s warfare.
