Older founder
I was perusing the chat and Rose Kenney's post got my attention. I am building AI assisted job application app and had gone through one round of an accelerator program. What struck me is that there were less than a hand full of founders who are "older" in the room (say 50+), most are in their 20s or 30s. Some of the engagement activities, the tone and feel are much more pitched at the younger crowd (the latest one was a dress up Halloween mixer event). I think the older founders are often overlooked (gap in the market perhaps). I would like to attend mixer event but every time I go to one of those, I feel old!
