This is such a powerful awareness practice designed to help you become more conscious of the patterns currently shaping your reality.
So much of transformation begins with observation.
Before we can intentionally create change, we first have to become aware of what we are repeatedly believing, feeling, focusing on, and embodying.
Move through this exercise slowly and honestly. There is no perfection required here, only awareness.
Because awareness creates choice. And choice creates transformation.
