Turning Pain Into Purpose 🎈 A Release… and a Beginning
Today I did something that means more than words can really explain…
I released a balloons for my son 🎈
And lite a candle of remembrance.
Not because I’m letting him go…
but because I’m learning how to carry him differently.
Grief doesn’t disappear.
It doesn’t get smaller.
You just learn how to breathe around it.
Today, I chose to honor him.
To feel it.
To not run from it.
And if I’m being real… this is why I started this group.
Because I know I’m not the only one hurting.
I know there are people out there holding pain so heavy, they don’t know if they can keep going.
My son didn’t get that chance…
but maybe someone here still does.
So this is me—showing up raw, unfiltered, and real.
Not because I have it all together…
but because I refuse to let pain go to waste.

You don’t have to hide it here.
