Treat your body right
Some days you treat your body like an enemy, either neglecting it or trying to punish it into obedience. God invites you to care for it with steady, honest faithfulness.
1 Corinthians 10:31
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.”
God, I give You my body, my habits, and my excuses.
Teach me to care for myself without vanity, shame, or comparison.
Give me strength to choose what serves life today, and humility to rest when I need it.
Help me honor You in the ordinary choices no one else sees.
