Gems in the Shadow is a peer-supported community for reflection, inner growth, and honest connection, facilitated by Melissa Keating and Katrina Wiese. This space exists to support meaningful inner work in a way that feels human, grounded, and sustainable.
The community is moderated and held with care. Participation is rooted in lived experience, confidentiality, and mutual respect. This is not therapy or medical care, and it is not facilitated by licensed professionals. Members are welcome to connect privately to build genuine friendships; however, trolling, disrespectful or boundary-crossing behavior, or self-promotion is not permitted.
Gems in the Shadow is here to remind you that inner work doesn’t have to be isolating or all-consuming. You’re invited to engage at your own pace, stay connected to your life, and bring curiosity, authenticity, and a little light into the shadows as you grow.
