Hiring 1x setter for a fitness offer
We’re looking for a full-time setter to join a fast-growing fitness offer with an audience of 40k+ followers.
OTE: £1.5k+ per month
Location: Europe based only
Position: Full-time
What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking to inbound and outbound leads in DMs
- Following up with prospects consistently
- Qualifying leads and booking calls
- Keeping pipeline updated daily
- Working closely with the sales team and coaches
- Helping turn attention into booked appointments
The type of person we’re looking for:
- Hungry and competitive
- Good communicator
- Consistent and reliable
- Learns fast and takes feedback well
- Can handle volume without getting overwhelmed
- Interested in fitness, business, and sales
- Has good energy and knows how to hold conversations naturally
- Wants long-term growth and opportunity
Bonus if you:
- Have previous setting/sales experience
- Understand online coaching
- Have used Instagram DMs or CRMs before
- Have experience working remotely
