Use this form for those not wanting to register their new born with the state. For those who use a midwife and have an at home birth.

After you edit this form, save it as a PDF then print. For some reason, when I saved it as a doc file, it kept printing funny, but once I changed it into a PDF format, it printed perfectly.

Also, used registered mail label as the registered number and make 3 originals and mail one to yourself.

⚠️Publish a brief version of the affidavit or a notice that reads:

“Notice of Live Birth and Private Status: A private affidavit of live birth has been executed and recorded for [Child’s Name] on [Date]. Said record affirms the child’s status as a living being under Divine Law and not a ward of the state. All rights reserved.”

• Run for 2–3 consecutive weeks in a local newspaper of general circulation (or a legal notice section).

• Save the proof of publication affidavit from the newspaper.

This public notice makes rebuttal nearly impossible if no one challenges it in that time, and fulfills maxims of law such as:

“He who does not deny, admits.”

“That which is not rebutted becomes truth in commerce and equity.”
