A Movement not just a community.
I flipped the switch this week and the light I received was almost blinding. I've been going about this all wrong. Building my Skool is not about making money - Its about changing the world one member at a time!
So going forward starting in October I will be inviting 72 change-makers to join me as founding members. (I'm considering an application process)
The mission, if they decide to accept - To change the face of leadership from ego-driven to helping others grow, achieve great things, and become servant leaders!
The goal - enroll 10,000 leaders who take up the challenge over the next 10 years.
The methods - train servant leaders using my Servant Leaders Accelerator Masterclass and 12-month Servant Leaders Certification (SLC) program.
I know this flies in the face of everything Skool teaches and reinforces - "Give them what they want first then what they need when their ready." But I'm 74 and figure I have a good 10 more years in me so times a wasting!
