Hi all, I'm Lisa.

I help women bring more positivity into their lives by helping them noticing simple adjustments they can make to their mindset and their lifestyle. I do this through a blending of coaching, reiki, and intuitive practices in my podcast, my membership, and 1:1 coaching for that deeper shift.

My biggest goal for 2025 is to properly launch my membership. I know I have a good product to offer because I have a small number of people in my BETA phase who signed up straight away. Now to get it to more people. I'd love to have at least 20 members by the end of the year.

My biggest challenge so far has ironically been my own limiting beliefs (tech being one of them), and lack of clarity. I finally feel like things are starting to come together and I feel clear on what I need to do. Let's go!!
