This is a space for individuals to come together and connect to their body through the wonderful world of sensual movement. ALL bodies are welcome.
SMP includes bi-weekly virtual classes, pre-recorded curriculum, and community discussion/support.
Something I’ve seen over and over is that we as a society are incredibly disconnected from our bodies. Maybe you have a hard time knowing how you feel and what to do with challenging emotion, you have a hard time voicing what you want and need, holding boundaries feels impossible, you have a difficult time prioritizing rest/recuperation, or you experience intrusive thoughts during sex or intimacy. All of these are pointing to a mind/body disconnect.
Getting your mind and body back on the same team is the answer to this.
I've found that sensual movement (movement that connect you to your senses) is a fun, empowering, and liberating way of "coming home" to your body. Let's do this!
