That's amazing—I believe in you! Let me ask:
  • How much do you want to earn?
  • How much premium do you want to write?
  • How many presentations will that take?
You crushed it at your previous company, and I have no doubt you can do it again. With that in mind, do I have your permission to coach you if you're not on track with the number of presentations needed to hit those goals?
