We assume that auction houses have the knowledge required to sell collectables, but that is definitely not always true.
This auction house is selling 144 painfully common US stamps in a weathered stockbook, with an opening bid of $30. Everything in the book can be purchased at 1c or less. Now look at the estimate they've placed on the lot, $65-$10,000.
They should stay in their lane and you should avoid listings like this like the plague
