If it's too good to be true - don't do it
There are so many different ways to build income from your business and over the years what I have found is that it's the quiet, boring and consistent ways that ultimately provide success.
So many different techniques will come and go so find what works for you and just keep at it until it produces the outcome you want. Moving from one thing to another too quickly is what hampered my results.
