Getting interest but no conversions yet — what am I missing?
Hi everyone 👋
I’m really glad to be here.
I’ve been promoting a digital business program (Digital Boss Academy) since November, mainly through short-form content and DMs. I’ve gotten interest, questions, and people asking for details — but I haven’t converted a sale yet.
I’m trying to figure out what I might be missing:
- Messaging?
- Offer positioning?
- Confidence in the close?
- Or just not enough volume yet?
I’m open to honest feedback and learning.
If you were in my position, what would you focus on first to get that first conversion?
