Today’s reminder is simple: your power is not something others get to vote on.
People may question your choices when you start showing up differently.
That doesn’t mean you’re wrong—it means you’re growing.
Your power does not require validation.
It does not need to be explained.
It does not need to make everyone else feel comfortable.
When you give others too much control over your decisions, you disconnect from yourself.
You start looking outward for something that has to come from within. That is when self-doubt creeps in.
You’re allowed to trust yourself.
You’re allowed to choose peace.
Your boundaries, voice, and healing are not up for debate.
Today’s practice:
Reframe one moment where you doubted yourself. Choose to believe you were right to listen inward.
