Mental Exhaustion vs Laziness
Most people think they’re lazy.
But a lot of the time, they’re just mentally exhausted.
Over the past couple months, I’ve noticed this in my own life.
When your mind gets overwhelmed, it doesn’t just “work harder.”
It does one of three things:
  • shuts down
  • escapes into distraction
  • or overthinks until it burns out
Your mind works like your body.
Push it too hard → it breaks down
Don’t push it at all → it gets weak
The goal isn’t to grind endlessly.
It’s to train your mind properly.
Question (this is key):
Which one do you struggle with most right now?
  1. Overthinking
  2. Distraction
  3. Burnout / shutdown
