Discipline isn't the problem
Most men are told they lack discipline. I’m starting to think that’s the wrong diagnosis.
Discipline seems to be a byproduct — not a trait. When there’s no clear direction, the mind looks for relief. Pleasure fills the vacuum left by an unclear future.
Curious what others think:
Do you struggle more with discipline, or with knowing what direction to walk in?
