But hereโ€™s the issueโ€ฆ youโ€™re not selling yourself in interviews. ๐ŸŽฏ
You know you're a quota crusher because youโ€™re motivated to be the best. But guess what? Recruiters and hiring managers donโ€™t know that yet.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Thatโ€™s when I had a realizationโ€ฆ I needed to do a humble brag. Yep, you heard meโ€”brag about yourself! Why? Because they donโ€™t know youโ€™re a go-getter unless you prove it in the interview.
So, next time youโ€™re in an interview, make sure you drive home this point: YOU are someone who doesnโ€™t just meet expectationsโ€”you EXCEED them. ๐Ÿš€
๐Ÿ’ฌ Tell them exactly who you are, because if you don't, someone else will. And trust me, theyโ€™ll proudly share their wins and successes, and thatโ€™s how you'll get passed over.
