I spent years in Corporate America, mastering the systems, strategies, and structures that drive big business. But what I saw behind the scenes disturbed me: minority-owned and small businesses were being misled, underserved, and often dismantled by the very institutions they turned to for help.
So, on April 10, 2000, I made a bold move. I stepped away from the corporate world and launched my own firm—not just to consult, but to advocate, educate, and empower.
