I'm Luke. I run Yuppy Puppy, a dog grooming shop in Wellington, FL. Before grooming, I spent my career as an optical engineer at Apple and NASA, building statistical models for technical systems.
I took over my mom's shop in early 2025 with no industry background and quickly realized standard reports weren't going to be enough to run a business I knew nothing about. So I started building Scout — a tool that tells me how the shop is actually behaving, week to week.
Since then, YP has hit its highest revenue months in history. Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 were both records. March 2026 was the highest single month ever.
