Is it July already?
Happy 4th! Next week I will be posting some tutorials on making Royal icing for sugar cookies. And maybe for my super yummy banana bread! I promise I haven’t forgotten about the community, my life has kind of blown up these past few months.
I decided to go per diem at my healthcare job and focus on baking full time and man has everything just fallen into place since that decision. I have rented a space at a commissary kitchen and am almost licensed to sell whole sale at a local coffee shop. A baker I know wants to retire, so I’m trying to figure out finances to buy her business so I can have my own commercial kitchen. Things are happening in ways I couldn’t even imagine…they just seem to be happening all at the same time!
