The Skool Engagement System I’d Start With Today
If you want to increase engagement without posting daily, start with this system.
Do not overthink it.
Do this for the next 30 days.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯-𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲
Monday: Goals Wednesday: Help Friday: Wins
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸
Monday:
“What is one outcome you are committing to this week?”
Wednesday:
“What are you stuck on right now?”
Friday:
“What is one win from this week?”
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹-𝗶𝗻-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
Make replies easier.
Ask members for:
• one goal
• one obstacle
• one next step
• one win
• one lesson
• one thing they need help with
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀
Do not rely on memory.
Put the posts on a calendar or use a scheduling tool.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆
After each post goes live, show up quickly.
Reply. Ask follow-up questions. Tag relevant members. Create momentum.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟲: 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟯𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀
Look at:
• comments per post
• unique commenters
• best-performing prompts
• repeated member problems
• which days got the most replies
Then improve the rhythm.
The big idea:
You do not need daily posts.
You need predictable rituals, low-friction prompts, and fast early replies.
