Looking for a Co-Founder.

II've been on Skool for the past 1.5 years.

I started by helping AI communities convert free members into paid members on a commission-based model. Over time, I expanded into community management and growth operations, helping multiple paid communities scale, improve engagement, and grow their memberships.

Now I'm taking the next step.

Instead of working only with creators already on Skool, I'm focusing on helping creators with established audiences launch and grow successful Skool communities. My goal is to build this into a long-term agency.

I'm looking for someone to join me as a co-founder/growth partner who enjoys sales, copywriting, and outreach (cold email & cold DM). This isn't a traditional job or a salaried position—it's an opportunity to build something together from the ground up.

What I bring

1.5+ years of hands-on experience with Skool.
Experience working with multiple creators and communities.
Proven systems for growing and managing communities.
Testimonials and real client results.

Who I'm looking for

Someone who is:

Hardworking and reliable.
Interested in sales, copywriting, and outreach.
Familiar with Skool (or willing to learn quickly).
Excited about building a business as a long-term partner, not just working for one.

If you're motivated but still developing your skills, that's completely fine. I'd rather work with someone who's committed to learning and putting in the work than someone with experience but no drive.
