It's Tuesday morning 5am as I write this at my desk with a little light over my laptop.
I've spent the past 12 days working with different agencies directly on their outbound
And there is ONE key thing I've noticed that separates the agencies that do well and the one's that don't
But before I get to that, I want to go over a very important lesson
And it's this - simple scales.
You dont need a fancy "AI" offer - this is just a trend and will fade.
You dont need to have some crazy-ass guarantee or pay per toenail offer
What you need (and this is they key) is...
A hungry market - looking for a REAL solution.
--->. That is the secret.
And while you won't be able to discover a hungry market and real solution to that hunger by watching Youtube video's....
Knowing this fact puts you way ahead of you competitors in the agency space.
So you might be asking, how do I identify a hungry market and provide a real solution to that.
It's kind of a simple answer - but in another way it's complex
