🎨 Today’s sketchbook play
I started drawing some random lines like I often do to relax and keep my muscle memory going. I grabbed a few markers before they dried out, and suddenly a very Miró-esque image began to appear.
Next to it is a blind contour of an art coach I sketched on a Zoom call, he grinned even more when I asked if I could draw him without looking down.
👉 These connect directly to the Draw Daily Quick Win Kit habits we’ve been talking about:
  • Line Flow: filling a page with marks to loosen up and build muscle-desire.
  • Connected dots: to improve hand eye co-ordination and accuracy.
  • Blind Contour: training your eyes to stay with the subject.
If you’re not doing these yet, give them a try.
And if you’ve missed a day, just return, each page becomes a wee record of the moment, something you didn’t have before.
Post your own if you’ve done one today, even a quick scribble counts!
