Introduction
I am a professional, business leader, and spiritual practitioner, working at the intersection of corporate excellence, digital innovation, and inner transformation.
Currently, I serve as Divisional Head – Digital Products & AI for Africa, Asia, Middle East, and CIS markets at TVS Motor Company. In this role, I drive large-scale digital and AI-led initiatives across diverse international markets, focusing on building future-ready products, enabling intelligent ecosystems, and creating sustainable business impact at scale. Being part of one of India’s most respected automotive organizations has strengthened my perspective on global strategy, execution excellence, and value-driven leadership.
Alongside my corporate journey, I am also the Co-Founder & CTO of Eightwe Digital Transformations Pvt Ltd, where I focus on leveraging technology and innovation to build impactful digital ecosystems. I am also actively involved with Medzell, contributing to enabling global healthcare connections and creating platforms that deliver meaningful value across borders. I am a strong advocate of inclusive workplaces and have started Supermom Launchpad to help women with skills to bounce back to financial stability- trained and supported over 100 women so far.
Beyond professional achievements, my journey is deeply rooted in spirituality and inner work.
As a member of Sanidhya, I have embraced a path of energy work, consciousness, and healing. My approach to spirituality is experiential and inclusive—beyond rigid structures of religion or doctrine—focused on helping individuals reconnect with their true source and transform from within. As part of my ongoing spiritual evolution, I am currently deepening my understanding through the study and practice of Bhagavad Gita path, integrating its timeless wisdom into both my personal life and professional leadership. This learning continues to shape my perspective on purpose, action, and inner balance.
I believe that true transformation begins when we consciously question ourselves, heal at the core, and shift from external validation to inner awareness. This philosophy reflects not only in my spiritual work but also in how I lead, build relationships, and make decisions.
Balancing multiple roles—as a corporate leader, entrepreneur, parent, and spiritual guide—I strive to integrate purpose with action, creating a life that is both grounded in reality and elevated by awareness.
For me, success is not just defined by achievements, but by the depth of transformation we experience and enable in ourselves and others.
