Inbound Mail Configure
Hi,
we have to configure the Inbound Mail rule for Auto Ticket Generate when mail Receive
  1. when Creating Second Rule Below error shows
  2. the second screenshot is the Inbound Mail rule. when mail Receive From [email protected] does not generate any Ticket
pls, help to Configure Inbound Mail Rule.
