Implementation Tracker is shared on the occasion when I have first interaction with Customer
When he accepts to start work - I insist on filling up the Scope of Work
This stage goes on for a period of 2 days minimum to sometimes 2 weeks till I am satisfied by what is written is proper and fulfilling the requirement.
Now the real Game Starts
First experience is that Owner is too busy. and in 10 days only 2 sessions happen
Here I have to give him a reference of tracker sheet and show him my inputs versus his efforts
He gets the right Trigger to take this process seriously after that
Keep using Tracker its an important record of our efforts and his contribution at one place
