You're not broken. You've just been trying to do life on hard mode.
Most people juggle sleep, stress, food, and fitness like four separate battles — exhausted, frustrated, and wondering why nothing sticks.
Here, we treat them as one. Fix them together and everything changes.
SANE stands for Sleep, Activity, Nutrition, and Evaluation — the four things you already do every day. Our job is to help you do them with intention so they finally start working for you.
👉 Step 1: Head to the Classroom tab and complete the SANE Introduction. It takes less than 10 minutes and gives you your first real action steps.
👉 Step 2: Come back here and introduce yourself:
• Where you're from
• Your biggest health goal right now
• Which pillar challenges you most (Sleep / Activity / Nutrition / Evaluation)
• One small win you want to hit this week.
The only rule here: be honest. with yourself and with us. That's where progress starts. We'll meet you where you're at and move forward together. 💪
