Encouragement Today
God knows just when I need to hear some encouragement. I was in a networking event this evening and one of the people I was paired with for speed networking was someone I've connected with twice previously (once on one of the networking events and once because I scheduled a 1-1 with her); she said to me, "Andrea, I want to say kudos to you. I've been seeing your activity [on social media] and the pro tips you’re sharing, and in the [networking] group. It’s great. You seem very comfortable in the niche the Lord has put you in. I see your heart is to be a blessing and a source of support to other businesses."
I hardly said anything in those 7 minutes! But I got to hear a ton from her -- we were both blessed by it. Don't underestimate your impact, especially when you don't know who is lurking and watching!
