Hiring cold callers - $1,5K per closed deal (HVAC AI infrastructure)
I'm closing $15K AI infrastructure deals for HVAC companies.
Need 1-2 people who can cold call and book demos.
The offer:
- Call HVAC owners & Qualify them
- Pitch AI Triage System (I give you the script)
- Book demos on my calendar
You get paid:
- $1,500 per closed deal
- That's it. Pure commission.
Math if you're good:
- 20-30 calls/day [minimum]
- Book 2-3 demos/week
- 1-2 close/month = $1,5K-$3K/month minimum
- If you're a killer: 5-10 deals/month = $7,5K-$15K/month
What you need:
- Not scared of rejection
- Can make 20-30 calls/day
- Available 4pm-6pm US Eastern (when HVAC owners are in office)
- Can follow a script but sound natural
What I give you:
- Lead list (scraped HVAC companies)
- Exact cold call script (word for word)
- Google Doc explaining the offer (so you know what you're selling)
- My calendar link (to book demos)
How it works:
- I send you 100 leads
- You call them, qualify them, book demos
- I run the demo and close
- Deal closes = you get $1,5K wired
This is for you if:
- You're hungry and want commission-based work
- You can handle getting hung up on 20 times/day
- You want to make $7,5K-$15K/month from calling
- You can start immediately
This is NOT for you if:
- You need a base salary
- You've never cold called and aren't willing to suck for 2 weeks while learning
- You can't commit to 20-30 calls/day minimum
