Hello, my business partner and I have an interesting background. First and foremost we are cousins which is where the name Cugino comes from.
We were Account Executives at a venture backed SaaS startup. Deal flow was slow and in that environment layoffs can happen overnight with no explanation. That uncertainty pushed us to look for additional income which led us into the high ticket remote closing space.
Over the next 18 months we combined for over 20 million dollars in cash collected on an average ticket price of 16k with additional recurring revenue on top of that. During that time we built and refined the entire sales operation including pre call process, zoom demos, post call follow ups, urgency drivers, and internal SOPs.
After that experience we decided to launch our own brand. We quickly realized that while we are very strong in sales systems and execution we have limited experience on the marketing side specifically with Meta ads.
