Welcome Shifta!

I’m so glad you’re here.

The Shifta Community is the home of the Soul Alignment Journey.

It’s a place for women who have outgrown the life they built and are creating the life that fits them now.

A place to slow down.

To be seen.

To ask honest questions.

It’s also a place to reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your own inner knowing, and remember that you don’t have to figure out your next chapter alone.

We’ll gather each month for Coffee Chats on Zoom, continue the conversations here in the community, support one another, and explore whatever is showing up in our lives. Along the way, I’ll share articles, reflections, questions, and resources to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer fits, and create a life that feels more like you.

Before you dive in, I’d love for you to spend a few minutes with the Shifta Guidebook. It's an introduction to the heart of this community, what you'll find here, and how we care for one another as we each create lives that feel more like our own. Think of it as your first cup of coffee with me.

Over time, this space will continue to evolve with workshops, programs, retreats, and other opportunities to support you through every season of your journey.
